Moving again, but it's not a record!

Got a call last week shortly after moving and after visiting the night before with an old friend. We've wanted to buy his property for 2 years and kept having promptings to buy it. Unfortunately, it was tied up in a business deal gone wrong and we couldn't afford it. I knew it would take a miracle. So the other day (after moving just 2 weeks ago from today) we went to visit and told him we had moved. He called the next day and said he was changing his plans of putting his business there and wanted us to come live in his house. He doesn't want renters and he's still buying it back from the other business partner. Anyway, we are moving again in the next week as soon as we can get it cleaned up enough and I can get the business taxes ready which are due in a week.
My crazy life. So it will be three weeks, maybe four between moves. However, that's not the record...our record is two weeks. That was when we first moved to Law School. They didn't have anything open in campus housing except a handicap apartment. The stove came to Richard's knees and the knobs were on the front of it. Which meant Sam, 3, and AJ, 1, at the time could turn the stove on and off. They could also open the door to get out because it was the handicap lever handle and at a lower level instead of an actual knob. There was some smell in the carpet too, which we were sleeping on because we didn't have a bed yet, which made me sick. So as soon as the term was up (two weeks later) they gave us a regular apartment and thankfully, since I had been absolutely sick I hadn't done a whole lot of unpacking hoping for a different place soon. This time, I was working on moving in more because we hadn't expected to be moving again for awhile...until we sold this place or something. Still, because of nursing baby and bad back I haven't done too much unpacking...just the kitchen. And I paid a neighbor boy to come and organize all my food storage for me last Saturday. He worked at least 5 hours getting it all done. After which I looked at how much food we had and hope we never have to try and make it last a whole year! It seems like a lot of food until you think of trying to make it last that long.
